Good to know
questions, answered.
how do i download my kit?+
As soon as you check out, we email you a link to your kit — the PDF guide and every Canva template — usually within 5 minutes. It's yours forever: download it, save it, reuse it for every event.
do i need a canva account?+
A free Canva account is all you need — no paid plan required. Open the template link, and it saves straight into your Canva so you can edit it on your phone or laptop.
can i personalise the names?+
Yes — that's the whole point. Every template is fully editable: names, ages, dates, venues, times. Swap the details, keep the styling, and it looks like it was designed just for your event.
how do i print it?+
Download each design from Canva as a print-ready PDF, then print at home or send it to any local or online print shop. Signs are sized for A2/A4, menus and place cards for A5, so any printer can handle them.
what's included in each kit?+
Every kit includes a styled PDF guide (moodboards, styling tips, shopping list) plus a set of editable Canva templates — typically a welcome sign, invite, menu, cocktail menu and place cards. Scroll up to 'inside the kit' for the full breakdown of this one.
